Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before registering, accessing, browsing, downloading or using the Daisy Application ("Application") operated by the Provider.

Daisy is an online platform that connects customers with beauty and wellness service providers, facilitating appointment booking, cashback rewards, and business management tools.

By downloading, browsing, accessing or using this Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Application immediately.

General

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all users of the Application. Users are advised to read through these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Application. The use of the Application constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions Set Below Apply To

• any persons accessing and downloading the Application ("Visitor");
• any persons supplying in any way the following information for registration and for providing their opinions:

4. Address in case of home service

1. As part of the registration process you will need to create an account, including a username & password. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is accurate, not misleading and relates to you.
2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including their login credentials.
3. We may terminate a User's account at any time for any reason.
4. If for any reason you suspect that your username & password has been disclosed to or obtained by another party you should contact us immediately. Please note that we never contact users requesting them to confirm their username & password or other details.
5. The User's personal information would not be shared with the third parties.
6. Users are collectively referred to as "Users", "You" or "Your" in this Terms and Conditions.

By becoming a registered user, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete.

We may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Application if we suspect that such information is inaccurate, not current or incomplete.

By using our Application you agree to our Terms and Conditions in its entirety. The Application is available for use on any internet compatible mobile or electronic device.

Eligibility

In consideration of your use of the Application, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. You also agree that:

2. You have the capacity to form a binding contract;
3. You are not a person barred from accessing or using the Software under the governing laws of the Terms and Conditions;
4. Your access or use of the Software does not violate any applicable law or regulation;
5. You will keep Your contact information accurate and up-to-date;

Payments

Users can make payments through the Application using supported payment methods including credit/debit cards and digital wallets. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices displayed are in the local currency and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Cancellation

Users are under no obligation to complete a booking. Cancellations made within the stipulated cancellation period will be eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified by the service provider.

In case the User cancels a confirmed booking after the cancellation window, the Provider reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee as communicated at the time of booking.

Cashback Offers

The Daisy Application offers cashback rewards on eligible bookings. Cashback is credited to the user's Daisy Wallet upon completion of the booked service. Cashback percentages may vary by service provider, promotion, and membership tier.

Refund requests for services not rendered or for unsatisfactory service quality should be directed to customer support within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

Loyalty Tiers

Daisy segments users into loyalty tiers based on their booking frequency and spending. Higher tiers unlock enhanced cashback rates, priority booking, and exclusive offers. Tier status is evaluated periodically and may be adjusted based on activity.

Opinions, Comments & Reviews

Users may share opinions, comments, and reviews about services and service providers on the Application. All user-generated content must be truthful, respectful, and comply with these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove content that violates our community guidelines.

Protecting Your and Our Rights

1. You will not post any content or take any action on our Application that infringes the rights of the other user or violates any law.
2. We reserve the right to remove any content or information if we believe that it violates these terms and conditions.
3. On account of use of any copyright and trademark or You use any logo and trademark which is deceptively similar to the already existing trademarks without our prior written consent, we would disable Your account when appropriate.
4. You shall not upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available through or in connection with the Application any User Content that:

1. is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
2. infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
3. comprises unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas that are designated for such purpose;
4. contains software viruses, trojan horse, worm, time bomb or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

Advertisements

To benefit from the Application, advertisements and promotional content may be displayed. The Provider is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Any interaction with advertisers is solely between the User and the advertiser.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from Force Majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, governmental actions, or any other event beyond reasonable control.

Privacy Policy

Users are requested to review our Privacy Policy which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Application, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Exclusion of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

1. The accessing of, or the inability to access, the Application, the use of, or the inability to use of the Application, all implied warranties, Terms and Conditions relating to the Application;
2. Unauthorized access to or alteration of any of Your transmissions or data, including any User Content; and
3. Any warranty, terms or conditions as to accuracy, completeness, quality of the Application.

Warranties

You warrant that all personal information provided by you is true, accurate, current and complete. The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Provider makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the Application for any particular purpose.

Indemnity

You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Provider, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions or any activity related to your account.

The Application may contain links to other websites or applications ("Linked Sites") to offer increased value to our Users. These Linked Sites are operated by third parties and are not under the control of the Provider.

You understand and acknowledge that the Provider is not responsible for the content, terms of use, or privacy policies of any Linked Sites.

You also acknowledge that the Provider shall not be liable for any damage or loss arising from or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available on or through any Linked Sites.

You further acknowledge that the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the Provider of the Linked Site or any association with its operators.

Third Party Rights

Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, nothing herein shall be construed as conferring any license or right to any third party under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary right of the Provider.

If you choose to provide your contact details, any notices required to be given under these Terms and Conditions may be given by email to the email address you have provided. Notices will be deemed to have been received 24 hours after the email is sent.

All material contained in the Application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of the Provider or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

The Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Application following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The Provider shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Application.

Amendments

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Provider regarding the use of the Application.

Your use of the Application may also be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use third-party services, content, or software.
