Should You Choose Fresha or Mindbody?
Fresha is better for cost-conscious small businesses with its lower starting price. Mindbody is better for large enterprise operations. Both sell AI front-desk tools: Fresha's AI Concierge answers calls and messages, and Mindbody's own AI Concierge, on its Ultimate plan, follows up missed calls by text and web chat. Fresha has an Arabic UI; as of October 2026 we could not find one for Mindbody. Neither offers cashback.
