How much does Mindbody cost?
In the US, Mindbody starts at $79 a month per location on Starter, according to Mindbody's blog (updated October 2026). Accelerate, Ultimate and Enterprise are priced on request. On top of the subscription, Mindbody Payments charges a processing rate plus $0.10 to $0.30 per transaction in North America and Asia, the Mindbody app takes 20% of a new client's first purchase (capped at $30), and premium add-ons cost extra when your plan doesn't include them. Mindbody says there is no onboarding fee on any plan.
How does Daisy compare to Mindbody?

Can I cancel my Mindbody contract?
Mindbody says your contract depends on the plan and billing terms you signed up for, including any promotion, and that cancelling may need advance notice under your agreement. Check what yours says. When you are ready to move, Daisy has no contracts and will handle the data transfer.
What does Mindbody charge on top of the subscription?
